It was after the gold of 10,000 meters in the Norwegian Championships last summer that Therese Johaug said it would be "fun to test" about the European Championships in Paris. The time, 32.20.86, is enough to qualify for the same distance to the championship.

And she is still eager to set up, confirms her manager Jörn Ernst for NTB.

- It is still relevant as long as the European Championship is relevant. We have not made any other plans, says Ernst and continues:

- At least I haven't heard anything else. But the decision is not made. It depends on how the training goes, if an injury or so turns up, but the interest is there.

The big question, however, is whether the championship, which will be decided between August 25 and August 30, will get rid of the corona virus that is still ravaging and has put the entire sports world in pause mode.

In France, the ban on public gatherings has been extended until mid-July.
