During the public health obedience daily press conference in Solna, state epidemiologist Anders Tegnell gave clear news about football matches in the country.

- It is still the case that at senior level you have to wait with matches until the situation is calmer than today, Tegnell said during the press conference.

Shortly after the statement, the Swedish Football Association agreed that it will update the guidelines regarding series and competition matches.

However, Djurgården's sports manager, Bosse Andersson, is ahead of SvFF and is already choosing to schedule scheduled training matches for the men's team in the coming weeks, including a training match against Hammarby.

- If Tegnell says as he says, just listen. We will not play any football matches, says Bosse Andersson and continues:

- It is not possible to interpret in any other way.

Djurgården IF would play five training matches in May, including against Norrköping and Hammarby.
