The agent of the international player, Tunisian, Hamdi Al-Naqaz, Anas Bin Tamim, stipulated a public apology from the management of the Egyptian club Zamalek, before starting the negotiation stage, regarding the financial dues, which were approved by the International Football Association, to his client. The FIFA Dispute Resolution Court had fined Zamalek 1 million 250 thousand dollars to the Tunisian player.

And Al-Naqaz canceled his contract with Zamalek last December, on the pretext of late payment of his dues, so the two parties took refuge in the International Federation, which confirmed the validity of the legal position of the player.

Bin Tamim said in television statements: If Zamalek officials want to negotiate the financial dues imposed on them, they must first apologize to the player for the abuse they directed to him, after his departure from the club, otherwise we will get all our dues in full within 45 days of the decision.

He added: "The Zamalek administration is still trying to manipulate that it has not been officially reached by FIFA, and I tell them to review the club's email, and you will find a message (FIFA), which arrived on the afternoon of this 14th day, specifically at 3:53 pm."

Bin Tamim pointed out that "Zamalek has the right to turn to the International Sports Court to appeal the decision, and I am confident that the court will support the decision of the Dispute Resolution Committee, and Zamalek will not gain from behind this step other than other financial losses."

Zamalek published an official statement on its official page on the Internet, stressing that "the club did not receive any official decision regarding the punishment of the Naqaz, and in the event that the decision arrives, as the player's lawyer claimed, the litigation will continue in the higher levels."
