The Confederation of African Football Confederation Secretary General (CAF) Abdel Moneim Bah said that there is no intention to cancel the current version of the African Champions League or Confederation Cup.

Bah said - in televised remarks on Sunday - that there are three tentative dates for completing the two competitions after we reached the semi-finals.

Bah added that things are very good, as we have reached the semi-finals of the competition and the remaining matches are very few.

He explained that he expected the tournament to return in the middle of next June or July, according to the improvement of the conditions for confronting the Coruna virus.

It is noteworthy that the four teams that qualify for the CAF Champions League semi-finals are Al-Ahly and Zamalek of Egypt, and Al-Raja and Wedad of Morocco.

The teams that qualified for the semi-finals of the Confederation Championship are: Houriya Conakry, Guinea, Nahda Berkane, Hassania Agadir, Moroccans, and Egyptian Pyramids.
