- This sends the right signals to our partners and the rest of society. That we take our responsibility too, says the SHL club's sports director Patrik Sylvegård to Sydsvenskan.

The agreement with the players is not completely resolved.

- That's pretty much a question mark still. The players earn more. I'll meet the union. Our ambition is for everyone to participate in it. I think all clubs will do this. Everyone must help: players, leaders and other staff. It sends good signals if even the players agree to this.

Short-term permits within sports clubs have been made possible through a central collective agreement signed by the Union and the Employer Alliance for players in football, ice hockey and handball. The agreement is based on the new system of short-term work with state aid and was presented by the government on March 16.
