28 footballers participated in a campaign organized by the International Football Association (FIFA) in cooperation with the World Health Organization, to publish the latter's recommendations to combat the outbreak of the Coronavirus.

28 players - including Argentine Lionel Messi, Italian goalkeeper Gianluigi Buffon and Brazilian goalkeeper Alison Becker - supported the "convey the message to flush out Corona virus" campaign.

The players posted video clips to remind them to wash their hands permanently, how to sneeze, keep distances, and stay away from sick or sick people and avoid touching the face, nose and eyes.

FIFA joined the World Health Organization in the fight against the Corona virus, after the Foundation's president, Gianni Infantino, called for teamwork to get out of the crisis.

"We need collective action to combat the Corona virus ... FIFA joined the World Health Organization because health comes first," Infantino said.

"I appeal to the world soccer community to join us in supporting this campaign, by conveying the message to a wider range. A group of the greatest players in the most beautiful sport are participating in this campaign."

"This virus is a global problem and we must be strong and follow the instructions of the World Health Organization and governments, and after that we must rebuild human ties, solidarity and understanding, and football plays a role in that," he added.

FIFA has donated 10 million euros to support efforts to combat the virus, which has caused the suspension of major league competitions and the postponement of the European Championship until next year.
