When the Swedish floor association chose to play the season, the criticism came straight away.

One of the biggest critics was Urban Karlsson, club director at IBK Dalen who was furious at the union. But Secretary General Göran Harnesk has a different view on the matter.

- There have been very different criticisms of this issue. Some associations have been critical because they wanted more matches to be played and some are critical for matches being played, says Göran Harnesk and states:

- We only carried out the matches that were significant.

Was it a difficult decision to make?

- We are no more than people and we think it is an extremely difficult situation, says Harnesk and then continues:

- We made the decision we made based on recommendations we received from the Public Health Authority that knows more than we can. Our board of directors and we agreed with the associations (FSSL). Since then, the associations have had a meeting where they have changed and it has been individual club representatives who have had opinions but so it is.

Another big question is whether there will be any playoffs for the floor showers this year, a decision that must be made next week.

- We will make a definitive decision on 23 (March) and with the signals we received is that it has not stagnated. I have a hard time seeing that we can make a competitive decision now but we will see what it looks like then.
