Two men compete for the title of the greatest male biathlete of all time, Ole-Einar Björdalen and Martin Fourcade. For Björn Ferry it is clear who is taking home the title.

- For me, Martin Fourcade is the best of all time. To win the World Cup seven years in a row and be so complete. Ole-Einar Björndalen was never as complete as Fourcade when he was at his best, says Ferry and continues:

- Ole-Einar Björndalen won a lot but was never really a good shooter. Fourcade has consistently been above 90 percent shooting, year after year after year. The way he adapts his shooting to conditions.

"Got the honor of cracking him"

Björn Ferry remembers Fourcade as one of the toughest opponents in the track.

- I got the honor of breaking him a couple of times, those are my most fun memories of my career. The year I ended, I won a mass start in Pokukkeka. Both me and Fourcade shot four zeros but then I broke him at the final mile, it's the best race of my life.

The great athlete Martin Fourcade in all honor but Björn Ferry also chooses to raise the leadership qualities of the Frenchman.

- I appreciate him as a biathlon leader. He has been very clear on the doping issue and has put on the leader's shirt. He was the best and always took the responsibility to stand up as a good role model for the sport. It's such a guy you want as the best, says Ferry.
