The judge who instructs the ' Oikos case ' imputes the entire Reus squad for the alleged adjustment of the match against Valladolid in June 2017 . The holder of the Court of Instruction number 5 of Huesca has cited as investigated 26 members of the Catalan team after noticing signs that they received a premium from SD Huesca for winning the Valladolid team 2-0 during the penultimate day of the League in Second Division . This is the first time that so-called third party premiums are judicially investigated.

In that encounter the Reus was not playing anything while both Valladolid and Huesca had options to dispute the phase of promotion to First Division. Huesca finished the competition in sixth position, so he played the promotion phase. For its part, Valladolid did not enter the playoffs after being seventh due to the goal difference. Despite the supposed adjustment, Huesca lost against Getafe and did not get promotion to the First Division, an objective that Levante and Girona did.

The judge points out that all members of the Reus staff are investigated for a crime typified in article 286 of the Criminal Code. He adds that the testimonials will be carried out "as soon as the court's signaling agenda allows" and that they will be carried out by videoconference whenever the players currently reside in "various locations in the Spanish geography". In parallel, the instructor has requested if any of these players have a criminal record.

In relation to this match, the judge also cites the former Huesca Iñigo López player , as the case may be, as well as a crime of corruption in the sport by another criminal organization. Not surprisingly, the researchers place López, also a former soccer player of Deportivo de la Coruña, as the key piece that articulated the adjustment between the Oscense team and the Catalan team.

At the same time, the judge cites the investigation of the SD Huesca, an entity to which he not only imputes the adjustment of Reus-Valladolid but also the encounter that the Oscense team played against the Nástic de Tarragona a year later, on May 27, 2018 .

Finally, the instructor of the 'Oikos case' agrees the analysis in court of one of the mobiles intervened to former Real Madrid player Carlos Aranda , which he places as the leader of the match-fixing network. It also places, as investigated, a dozen people who placed bets on Huesca-Nástic "knowing the outcome of the meeting" in the city of Malaga, Aranda's place of residence and where he had betting facilities.
