Falk has four victories in the World Cup, the first over ten years ago. After a back surgery in late October, which threatened the entire season, 30-year-old Falk was back in the World Cup today. She finished 29th in the qualifier and was allowed to run in the second quarterfinals where she was six without a chance to advance to the semi-finals.

- It was nice to be able to run a heat as well, a good sign, says Falk to SVT Sport.

There were loose tracks and some snow that made it technically difficult to ride.

The back felt good

- It suited me worse but I should not complain, Falk thinks.

Her back felt good even though it was unusual and she felt a little rusty.

- I have too little sprint training and lack the strength and speed but I can't ask for more, can't put those demands on myself. I got to know it and know what it takes to get to the highest level. I want to win and feel tagged, says Falk.
