Olympic gold and World Cup gold. It is a heavy rifle to lift for Elvira if she continues to follow in Hanna's ski track. For that she has done so far in terms of schooling in Sollefteå, moving to Östersund and success at JVM. There she also made a better placement than the big sister when it became gold.

This season Elvira Öberg debuted in the World Cup and now it is time for the World Cup.

- It feels exciting. It is a little special to enter a championship at senior level. It's a little nervous, that's it.

What can you bring from JVM to a World Cup?

- Having made a championship earlier and succeeded. And that you have been to a little longer championship and handled it, even though it was not as far as this is and that it will not be as easy to do. It's extra nervous, but it's under control.

What are your goals?

-I want to do myself justice and a race that I feel happy with. That is my goal with the sprint and then hopefully a hunting start. I want to make an achievement, because that's what I can influence. Then it is clear that you hope to go more in the future, but it is hard about the places and I am humbled before that.

How do you do it then?

to be able to make achievements, that's what I can influence, then obviously it is hoped to get more ahead, the mind is hard about the places and I am humbled about it,

What do you say about Hannah's season?

-She really had a fantastic season after all. She has shown that she is a complete biathlete at all levels. It will be incredibly exciting to follow her this championship.

Can you learn from her?

-It's done. She is an incredibly great source of inspiration for me and I try to take as much as possible of what she does. One such thing is to focus on my own performance, result goals I can't think of as much on really. Because it depends on what everyone else is doing and I should not put any more energy on it.

What would a successful World Cup look like for you if you looked back afterwards?

-It is about feeling that I have done races that I was happy with and that I did not underperform. Without going over the finish line, I have done my very best.
