After a ninth place in the qualifying, it loosened considerably in the final race for Elofsson. In the super final he made such a strong run that he stretched it all the way to a third place, with 81.18 points.

- It's so damn fun, it's absolutely fantastic. The slopes were absolutely magical today and it was just putting down the skis so it floated on. I did my job and followed my plan, I did exactly what I wanted. I got the intensity a little bit every ride and managed to keep my head cool and focus on the task and had no stress at all, says Landskrona rider in a press release.

Japan won

The 24-year-old's 21-year-old little brother Oskar Elofsson became second best Swedish in eighth place.

Won the competition made Japan's Ikuma Horishima with 89.18 points. Two became Canadian Mikael Kingsbury, 87.37.

The best Swedish in the overall humpback world cup is Walter Wallberg, who finished last night in 13th place. He is fifth overall, two places ahead of Oskar Elofsson, which is one place ahead of Felix Elofsson.
