Vancouver's Swedish star forward Elias Pettersson got a tackle from Boston's Matt Grzelcyk on Tuesday, who upset Pettersson and his teammates in Vancouver.

But despite the tackles, he was on the warm-up away to Minnesota tonight. However, he was not present when the match began.

"Changed it all"

After the game, which Vancouver lost by 2-4, coach Travis Green said the loss of Pettersson was heavy.

- It changed everything. He is our first center and our best point picker. But that's not an excuse for why we lost, said Green, who also explained that Pettersson's absence will not be long.

"We take it day by day," Green said.
