Before the lottery ceremony, the organizing committee holds a press conference to reveal all the details related to the event, and the jury reveals the championship rules and regulations in the five competitions during the introductory workshop.
The conference is attended by the leaders of the participating teams and the trainers, and the jury includes an elite of technical experts in the field of the work of the special and tactical units from the armed forces and the Ministry of Interior in the Emirates, in addition to an arbitration team from the United States headed by John Dagni.
Captain Jamal Al Zaabi, Chairman of the Arbitration Committee from Dubai Police, provides a detailed explanation for each competition separately, including systems for calculating the time and procedural errors committed that result in adding 10 seconds to the time of completing the mission, in addition to the violations that result in adding 30 seconds to the actual time In addition to violating the security and safety procedures that cost the team an addition of 2.30 minutes to the recorded time, and cases of excluding participation, the technical meeting will also address the explanation of equipment and equipment that the elements of one team should participate in in one of the five challenges.
The technical meeting was followed by the drawing ceremony, which entails identifying the teams that will start the challenge in lists of 54 teams representing 30 countries from different countries of the world.
