Mikel Landa has reported on his Twitter account that this Saturday he has suffered an outrage while training with a friend and that the driver of the vehicle fled. The Bahrain McLaren runner was taken to a medical center, where he underwent various tests that revealed no serious injuries.

Landa said he hopes to "return to training" in the coming days, with the intention of arriving in time for the Tour of Andalusia, which had confirmed his presence on February 19 and 23.
