Ovechkin commemorates Bryant before the match with Nashville

Ovechkin went to the pre-match warm-up under the 24th number, under which Bryant played for the Los Angeles Lakers.

Ovechkin scored two points in the game with Nashville (4: 5).

The helicopter crash that killed 41-year-old Bryant, his 13-year-old daughter Gianna and seven more people occurred on January 26 in the vicinity of Los Angeles.

Bryant played for the Los Angeles Lakers from 1996 to 2016 and won five NBA championship titles with the team. He is the leader of the club throughout history in terms of the number of matches played, points scored and interceptions completed.

Earlier, the widow of Bryant first spoke out after the death of her husband and daughter.
