Turkish player Arda Turan ended a period of over loaning crises with Turkish club Basaksehir, and the player became obliged to search for a new team after Barcelona refused to receive him again.

Turan moved to Basaksehir in January 2018, and agreed with Barcelona club management to continue with the Turkish club on loan until the end of his contract with the Catalan club in June.

"Our player, Arda Turan, asked club president Juxel Gumusdag to allow him to leave in order to write a new chapter in his career ... The response came positively from Gumusdag, and the contract of our player was broken by mutual consent," Basaksehir said in a statement.

The Turkish player will be forced to find a new team to buy the remaining months of his contract with the Catalan club, which does not welcome his return.

After a successful start with Galatasaray, who was the captain of the team, and he was only 21 years old, Turan moved to Atletico Madrid in 2011.

The player's level has declined since joining Barcelona in 2015, and he has failed to impose himself on the starting lineup of the team, which prompted him to search for another experience with Basaksehir.

Issues and crises
A court in Istanbul, Turkey, last September sentenced Turan to three years in prison for being convicted of beating and possessing a firearm without a permit.

However, the court decided to suspend the execution of the ruling on the condition that the player does not commit another violation within five years.

In 2017, the player was forced to announce his retirement from international play due to the violent criticism he was subjected to amid allegations of assaulting a famous and veteran sports critic. Turan returned to participate with the Turkish team only two months later.

In May 2018, Turan was suspended 16 games in the Turkish League, due to being pushed by an assistant referee during a match with his team.

According to press reports in Spain, the Turkish player has a number of offers, and he has not ruled out his return to his former club, Galatasaray.
