Anna Swenn-Larsson has a fourth place, a third place and a second place in the World Cup slalom this season, before she ran out in Austrian Lienz a few days before the New Year.

Today she is chasing new successes in the slalom hill in Croatian Zagreb.

For SVT Sport, the 28-year-old says that for the past two years she has documented her rides on the slopes. It is a trick she uses in both competition and training.

- It's more so that I always have a plan every day that I go up the hill to know what I should focus on in order to get better skiing techniques, and then evaluate. It feels important that I always know what to do, so I have a plan. It helps me a lot to write and I like to write by hand, ”she says.

It was really something she started with already before the breakthrough season last year.
