The most prominent and largest support came from the fans of Al Ain club, the traditional rival of Al Annabi, whose supporters brought a large banner to the Al Nahyan Stadium stadiums in Abu Dhabi, which they wrote on it: “Fahd Masoud, the Al Ain nation wished you a speedy recovery”, and the fans of Sharjah and the island also raised similar signs.

Al-Nasr sent a message to Fahd via Twitter, in which he said: Sincerely, our prayers for the speedy recovery of Captain Fahd Masoud.

Member of the Al-Wahda Club board, the official spokesman, Dr. Jamal Al-Hosani, stressed that the support that Fahd Masoud received from the country's clubs, and from past and current players, is not strange to the Emirati football system.

Al-Hosani said to «Emirates Today», we may sometimes be competitors on the field, but with the interest of Emirati football, and such humanitarian cases increase our unity, and our national sense rises to the highest levels, and what Emirati clubs have done towards Fahd Masoud, is something that reflects The cohesive fabric of Emirati society at the height of times.

He added: Fahd Masoud is one of the footballers who deserves this turn. He is one of the players who left a mark on Emirati stadiums, whether with the kindness of his character, or by playing with Al-Wahda and the national team.

He pointed out: These advantages that the former Al-Wahda player enjoyed left him with a great legacy in the hearts of the fans of all their affiliations, and as a fan of Fahd's talent, before I was in charge of the club, I was affected by what he was exposed to in the previous period, but I am sure that he will succeed in Defeat disease, because he is a person of great faith.
