Al Ain’s Iraqi coach Ghazi Fahd stressed the importance of winning their guest Al Ahly Dubai team next Thursday at Hazza Bin Zayed Stadium in the twelfth round of the Arab Gulf Football League.

Al Ain team coach told the press conference today that his team prepared well for the match and that they will meet their opponent with the high confidence and high morale they gained after winning the "Classico Abu Dhabi" against Al Wahda, along with the huge support that will be present at the match stadium.

The "leader", fourth in the league standings table with 21 points, will host the Al Ahly youth team, the leaders with 26 points, in a meeting during which the purple team hopes to reduce the difference with the leader.

The Iraqi coach praised his youth rival, Al-Ahly, and said: They have good players.

He added: "We, in turn, also have good players. It is important for us to continue to achieve victories and the performance will come with the days."

On the confirmed absence in the ranks of the "leader", the Iraqi coach, Ghazi Fahd, stated that he will miss the services of the duo Ahmed Barman alongside the Algerian Abdul Rahman Meziane due to injury.
