The Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office has submitted a brief to the National Court, to which we have exclusive access, in which he accuses the first vice president of Luis Rubiales in the RFEF of using false documentation to defraud 236,000 euros to the body he now directs.

The Public Ministry maintains that Antonio Suárez Santana requested the funds from the RFEF under the pretext of reforming an artificial grass field in the Canary Islands and diverted the money to his right hand in the island federation. In parallel, he asked the College for money in which the field for the same object is located.

To achieve this "duplication of funding" Suárez Santana "produced different documents" for the RFEF and for the College. Thus "hiding" the RFEF that the school subsidized the works and the school, that the RFEF subsidized them.

In addition, the Public Ministry affirms that of the total of the federal subsidy, Suárez Santana remained 22,700 euros without justification. This report is the one that motivated the imputation of the number two of Rubiales that we advanced yesterday.
