Dubai Council stressed the need for clubs to implement the articles of association for the rewards, incentives and penalties regulations for professional players and administrative and technical bodies, in accordance with the policies of the council, as well as the list of attracting players and coaches, and stressed its application in a way that improves the level of administrative work and the optimal investment of resources.
This came during the eighth periodic meeting of the Council, headed by Mattar Al Tayer, Vice-President of the Council, in the presence of the Secretary-General of the Council Saeed Hareb, and the rest of the members.
The Council blessed the formation of the Transitional Committee for the Football Association, headed by Sheikh Rashid bin Humaid Al-Nuaimi, and wished him and his team success. The meeting reviewed the report of the Development and Future Committee and the contents of the Council's strategic plan for the period 2020-2030.
The meeting also reviewed the new session of the Dubai Mathematical Excellence Model, in which clubs, ball companies, players and administrators with the highest ratings are announced, according to an approved model, which includes all aspects of sports, administrative and service performance, and focuses on the concepts of innovation, commitment to sportsmanship, and community contribution, It also includes an aspect of integrated care for sports talents.
The eighth session includes many criteria related to the club's relationship with the public and the initiatives it offers to delight the audience. The model included: categories of institutional sports excellence (club supremacy, football companies, best talent sponsorship, institutional competence, innovation, and the best audience), individual supremacy (the best player and player in individual sport as well as in team sports, the best and emerging football player , And the best of determination in team and individual sports).
The report on the development programs and the tournaments organized by the Council for the academies in cooperation with the private sector were reviewed, as well as a review of the most important tournaments 2020 in the various games.
He also reviewed the results of the annual evaluation of football academies, which was conducted by the Council, and included 20 standards and 134 indicators, and its results will be announced at the Dubai Model Sports Excellence ceremony. This is in addition to following up on previous and upcoming championship reports.
