Teodor Peterson stands today's end of the mini-tour in Ruka, the men's skiing start over 15 kilometers in free style. The 31-year-old Swedish cross-country skier fell in yesterday's 15 classic and pulled on a lighter stretch in the front of one thigh, reports the Swedish Ski Association.
"He chooses to stand over today's competition, but will be back in training tomorrow," writes press director Katarina Medveczky in a press release.
Peterson finished ninth in the sprint the day before and was 72nd yesterday. In the mini-tour's summary he is over four minutes after leading Norwegian Johannes Høsflot Klæbo, in 68th place.
