Baku, Amsterdam, Glasgow or Bilbao? It is still unclear at which locations and against which countries the Swedish national team will play their group games in the European finals this summer.

But on November 30, we will know when the groups are drawn. Clearly, two out of three matches will be played at the same venue.

- This means that there will be a lot of travel, but the advantage is that we are guaranteed two matches at one playing venue, says Wänberg Pettersson.

- In Russia it was much worse. Then we had three different gaming locations that were very far apart so it was really very traveling.

Hope for good cities

Each group, A to F, should play in two already determined cities. Wänberg Pettersson hopes that there will be two cities that are easy to travel to and that you can get to and from by car or train.

- We believe and hope that there will be good cities, not Dublin and Bilbao.

- Dublin being in Ireland will certainly be expensive and difficult to travel back and forth.

Many Swedish supporters were initially critical when it became clear that the championship would be held in twelve different European cities, says Wänberg Pettersson.

- The first reaction we got was that it was very, very negative, but then you have started to look at it and feel that it is okay. It is better than Russia, it will work and we will solve it.

Between December 4 and 18, so-called gold members in the national team's supporter club can apply for tickets to the matches via Uefa's website. A certain proportion of the stands in the arenas where the matches are to be played are secured for Swedish supporters. How many tickets the Swedish quota covers cannot be said at this time, because it depends on which arenas Sweden's matches will be played, says Lena Danielson, ticket manager at the Swedish Football Association.

- In the smaller arenas there are about 5,000 and in the larger ones in London there are about 12,000 tickets available for the supporters. Only after the draw do we know, she says.

"Ready to travel"

Camp Sweden usually has a joint accommodation for Swedish supporters at championships where between three and five thousand supporters usually live, says Wänberg Pettersson. It is something you plan to have during the summer European Championships, but where it should be is not yet determined. She does not feel worried that the support or the spirit of support will be affected by the scattered plays.

- I think it will be a fantastic European Championship with a lot of Swedes in place.

- You are prepared to travel, it is a bit of an experience too, there will be cool train journeys between the cities.

Which venues are the dream scenario?

- Munich-Budapest, because it is a good road, it is reasonably close and it is lovely surroundings.
