LONDON (Reuters) - Liverpool's referee against Manchester City in the Premier League will put him under scrutiny because of Pep Guardiola's talk of a "fall claim", but the Senegalese striker has no intention of changing his style, Sadio Mane said.

The Citizens coach spoke this week that Mane sometimes claimed to fall after receiving a first-half ultimatum against Aston Villa for that reason, but the City manager later retracted his remarks.

Hosts "Reds," the league leaders and runners-up champions Germany City at the Premier League summit next Sunday, Mani pointed out that the date of the charges Guardiola is not a coincidence.

"I think this is intelligent to draw the attention of the referee but I will play my style as I always do," Mani told British media.

The Senegalese striker said the comments did not concern him much.

"I didn't pay attention to what he said because he is part of football.
