On November 8-10, the four-floor tournament, the Euro Floorball Tour, will be decided in Finland. The tournament is the last for the year before the World Cup qualifier awaits in Denmark at the end of January and February.
In the 22-man strong squad there are two debutantes, Storvretas Hampus Ahrén and Kalmarsunds Tobias Lundström. Otherwise, it is a routine squad that goes to Finland.
- We are trying to build on what has been a part of the national team. But we have also chosen to pick out some players with little or no experience. This is the last real opportunity to test ahead of the World Cup preparations next year, ”says Swedish Confederation Captain Mikael Hill in a press release.
- Tobias Lindström is an offensive back with a very good game mind. He naturally follows in the attack, but is also used to playing similar defense games as we do in the national team. He is about to hit the level expected of him before the season.
