- Linus and (Carter) Hutton have both done everything required during these five matches. We are very excited about the two, says Buffalo coach Ralph Kreuger after the game.

Buffalo's Johan Larsson scored the team's first goal in the final minute of the second period. Buffalo then extended the lead to 2-0 at the start of the third. But two goals by Florida, the last in the closing seconds, led to an extension - which became speechless.

Ullmark saved a penalty and Florida's Alexander Barkov missed his, but Buffalo set two penalties and the match was decided.

Dahlin detached: "We protected him"

Buffalo's 19-year-old star shot Rasmus Dahlin was picked off the ice when there was barely ten minutes left of regular playing time.

- We actually protected him there in the end, says Ralph Kreuger.

- We knew Florida was going to push hard and we wanted someone there with a little more experience. But Rasmus has played fantastic and he learns and grows every day. There will be such occasions when we pull down on the team lineup to play with the guys who we think have the best chance of finishing. And he (Dahlin) will definitely be among them in the future, says Kreuger.
