According to Kolobkov, which TASS reports, a corresponding letter with answers to all questions was sent to WADA on October 8.

The Minister noted that the letter was prepared by independent Russian experts in the field of information technology, and also expressed confidence that the Russian side had fulfilled all the requirements of WADA and was ready, if necessary, to provide full assistance in order to get out of this situation.

On September 23, WADA initiated an expedited review of the issue of RUSADA non-compliance due to the identification of discrepancies between LIMS and data extracted in the Moscow laboratory.

WADA gave RUSADA and the Russian Ministry of Sports a period of three weeks, starting September 17, to provide explanations for the inconsistencies found and to answer a number of questions addressed to them.

Earlier it was reported that the IOC did not discuss with WADA the question of removing Russia from the OI-2020.
