Karsten Warholm has had a dream season with five straight Diamond League victories and the world's second fastest time ever on the 400 meter hurdles - 46.92.
- As long as I'm doing everything right and focused, it can only go one way. I have great help from my coach Leif Olav (Alnes), he is extremely smart, very good. Together we can be dynamite.
The shape is undeniably good. He added super time in the Diamond League in Zurich a month ago when Rai Benjamin, USA, also ran in at 46.98.
- I work hard. In the race you have to go all in and do your utmost. At the same time, nothing is certain. There are six hundred parts between me and number 2, so it will be very exciting, says Warholm.
