Third-tier clubs in Germany have expressed their opposition to a proposed amendment to the competition in a strange way.

The players delayed the matches for a minute, although the referee's whistle started.

It was agreed to protest by all clubs against the proposed amendment in the fourth-class patrols, which will lead to the fall of four clubs of the third division this season instead of three.

Third division clubs want only three clubs to fall without any increase.

"We do not see an uprising by the third division clubs, we are seeing a dubious understanding of democracy," German Football Federation president Reinhard Grindel criticized the protest.

"No decision has been taken on the future decline," said Grindel, adding that the German Bundesliga vote on the decision would be made in September next year.
