According to the Portuguese TV channel TVI24, Porto goalkeeper Iker Casillas underwent surgery at a local hospital. The goalkeeper felt unwell after exercise. Subsequently, Casillas was diagnosed with a heart attack.
It is also reported that due to health problems, the Spanish goalkeeper may end his career. The Casillas contract with Porto is valid until 2020.
