The unstoppable Jose Mourinho confessed, Saturday, to have once hidden in a laundry basket to circumvent a suspension. He wanted to talk to his players before a quarter-final Champions League of his club, Chelsea, against Bayern Munich in 2005.

"When he reopened it, I was choking." "I went to the locker room during the day and stayed there from noon until seven," the former Manchester United coach told BeIN Sports, saying he wanted to be in the locker room to a chat to his players before this European shock.

"I went there and nobody saw me, the problem was to leave after," recalls the 55-year-old Portuguese coach. "Then the steward put me in the laundry basket and he opened it so that I could breathe," he explains. "But when he took it out of the locker room, UEFA officials followed him and really wanted to find me," said Mou. "So he closed the basket and I could not breathe. (...) When he reopened it, I was choking," says the person.
