According to Putin, it is necessary to rely on the fundamental foundations of our own education system, but at the same time "move forward, take the best that is in the world and create our own."

In February, the first deputy head of the presidential administration of Russia, Sergei Kiriyenko, said that Russian education, after abandoning the Bologna system, would rely on all the best that is in its traditions, including Soviet standards.

According to him, when reforming education, it is necessary to maintain the right balance of experience, heritage and modern changes.
