The man is sentenced to 1 year and 4 months in prison for exploiting nine children between the ages of 7 and 14.
He is convicted, among other things, of several cases of exploitation of children for sexual posing – in one case aggravated – child pornography offences and sexual molestation. He has been in contact with several of the children for a long time, and the crimes have taken place between 2020 and 2022.
In most of the cases, he contacted the children via Snapchat, Instagram and Tiktok, and then got them to send him pictures where they are naked. He has even had one child send videos, and had another be naked during a video call.
Says he doesn't remember
The man is also ordered to pay a total of SEK 112,500 in damages to seven of the children. A child who was sexually molested through text messages from the man is denied damages because the district court considers that the violation was not serious enough.
The man has in several cases said that he does not remember, while in other cases he has made certain confessions when there was written evidence.
