The 665-kilometre project will become a major transportation artery connecting the east and west coasts of Malaysia when completed, and is expected to boost Malaysia's GDP by 2.7 percentage points.

Therefore, the general manager department of the Madong Railway project chose to cooperate with Liutie Vocational Institute to complete the operation and maintenance management system and training program of the Madong Railway. The two sides will use this cooperation to promote the cooperation and development of Guangxi and even China and ASEAN countries.
According to the agreement, the two parties will work together to develop innovative technical standards for the Madong Railway, develop a complete set of management work plans for the China-Malaysia Joint Railway Company, train and train employees, etc., to provide a safe, advanced, efficient, economical and suitable operation plan for the Madong Railway.
