  2. Target tasks

Support enterprises to improve the level setting of "new eight-level workers" skill positions, add special technician and chief technician technical positions (positions) to occupations (types of work) with senior technicians, and promote the evaluation and recruitment of special technicians and chief technicians. For skill position levels, complete occupations (types of work) are set up, and enterprises can directly identify technicians, senior technicians, special technicians and chief technicians. State-owned enterprises can give appropriate preference to leading talents within the total salary and implement special posts and special pay based on actual conditions.

Support enterprises and leading talents to agree on service periods and enter into non-compete agreements in accordance with the law.
