The former vice president and councilor of Equality, Mónica Oltra, did not give any written instruction via email to her closest collaborators about the accusation of abuse of her ex-husband to a minor under guardianship until she learned of the judicial process in August 2017. This is certified by the report of the Provincial Brigade of the Judicial Police of Valencia that delivered to the Court of Instruction 15 on May 10 after analyzing the communications between the former vice president and her trusted staff, which were part of a secret piece of the case that investigates whether there was a cover-up of the abuses.

According to the report, between February 1 and December 31, 2017, Oltra did not cross emails with his collaborators that collected mentions of the case that affected educator Luis Ramírez Icardi following the complaint of abuse by a minor from the center where he worked, dating from February 2017. Members of his closest team did. Specifically, the chief of staff, Miquel Real, also charged, received an email and the General Director of Social Inclusion, Enric Juan, eight. All of them have dates from August 8, as EL MUNDO has been able to verify. In fact, in the case of Real, special emphasis is placed on the emails it receives between August 4 and 20.

These are crosses of documents with which the vice president's team tries to collect data on what happened. In her statement before the judge, Oltra reiterated that she learned of the complaint on August 4 when her ex-husband called her to ask her to explain the summons that had arrived at her home. It was then that he informed his chief of staff and the undersecretary of the Conselleria, Francesc Gamero.

The police report supports this thesis, but certifies that its closest personnel were aware at that time of all the movements made up to that moment: from the complaint and the investigation in the juvenile center to the offices of the Prosecutor's Office and the restraining order of the educator. Her main move was to initiate on August 8 the file that the Audiencia de Valencia described as "parajudicial" in which it is concluded that the minor had no credibility.

The examination of the communications between all the members of Oltra's cabinet was requested by one of the accusations, that of the Gobierna-Te association directed by Cristina Seguí, on the suspicion that she could have been aware of the case months before and had maneuvered to cover it up.

Police completed screening of the emails on March 23 and sent their report to the court on May 10. Six days later he joined the case, the Prosecutor's Office reported favorably on the 26th that he responded to the defendant and the judge lifted the secrecy of summary in an order dated June 1.
