In blazing sunshine, hussars and matts stood and waited for their turn to show off the contestant to the judges who had traveled here from Australia, the United States, Croatia and Great Britain, among others.
– We have judges from all over the world who like to come here and judge the dogs, says Patricia Rätsep, exhibition board at Norrköping dog show.
Scorching sun
Between competitions, the dogs got to rest in the shade under their own tents while the animal owners took the opportunity to soak up the sun. When it was time for young poodle Lex to enter the ring, he had a little trouble concentrating on the task of showing off and mostly wanted to play with his master.
"Look how happy he is, now we have to do," cried Judge Annika Ullveit-Moe.
The white poodle Isak was a little more experienced and carried out the exhibition with flying colors.
