The US intelligence agency CIA has published a video on its official YouTube channel and on Telegram with the headline "Why I contacted the CIA: my decision". The video is in Russian and is aimed at military officers, intelligence specialists, diplomats, researchers and others with insight into Russia's economy and leadership.

At the end of the video, a woman and a man can be seen each with a mobile phone with the button "Contact CIA".

After the video was published, the Kremlin has announced that it is tracking Western spy activity.

"We all know very well that the CIA and other intelligence agencies are not reducing their activities on the territory of our country," Dmitry Peskov told Reuters.
