As stated in her address, which was published on the congresswoman's social networks, Biden is trying to arrange a conflict between nuclear powers by sending the US military to Ukraine.
"The presence of the United States Armed Forces in Ukraine has never been approved by Congress and demonstrates Joe Biden's desire to expand military operations between the two nuclear powers," RIA Novosti quoted Green as saying.
She stressed that Biden's decision to finance a proxy war with the Russian side not only sabotages all peace initiatives, but also puts the planet on the brink of a nuclear holocaust.
The congresswoman called on the Pentagon to explain why American special forces and military advisers went to the war zone.
Earlier it was reported that most of the special forces soldiers from NATO member countries in Ukraine in February-March of this year were British. It was also noted that there were fighters from France and the United States on Ukrainian territory.
