• Events Shot dead at the door of the church where his son had just made communion

The accused of being the material author of two crimes of murders on the Costa del Sol in 2018, one of them that of the man who allegedly shot dead after the communion of his son in the population center of San Pedro Alcántara, in the Malaga municipality of Marbella, has acknowledged the crimes.

The defendant has sat for the fourth consecutive day in the dock along with seven other people, members of the clan of the Swedes, and all have acknowledged that in one way or another they were collaborators in the crimes.

The trial has taken a 180-degree turn this Friday since until today all the defendants had denied their participation in the events, but after several days of conversations between the lawyers they have reached an agreement between them to finally recognize that they intervened.

The author of the shots has assured that themurders he committed due to disagreements with the victims and has acknowledged that the first of them was around 14:00 p.m. on May 12, 2018 when the victim has just left to celebrate the communion of his youngest son.

The victim, owner of a gym and a beach club, was shot after leaving the church with her family and friends, "at the precise moment she got into the car through the driver's door", while his wife and two young children climbed through the back door and a friend occupied the passenger seat, According to the prosecutor's account.

Suddenly, the defendant appeared from the front of the car, dressed in black and with a dark full-face helmet and began to shoot with an automatic pistol from the front and through the driver's door and fired at least five shots. The victim died almost instantly as the defendant fled on the motorcycle with which he had arrived and parked a few meters ahead.

The second crime was committed months later, on August 20, when he killed a man as he left his home, located in an urbanization of Estepona (Málaga). The murder happened around 03:32 hours, at which time, hooded, the defendant went out to meet the victim and with a nine-millimeter automatic pistol shot him up to nine times and close range. The man died instantly.

The rest of the defendants have acknowledged that they helped and participated in the support and logistical work to commit the criminal acts.
