The document amends Article 20.17 of the Code of Administrative Offenses.
For unauthorized entry into the protected object will threaten, in addition to a fine, arrest or compulsory work.
In particular, for penetration into the protected facility of the National Guard, the Foreign Intelligence Service, the Federal Security Service and a number of other law enforcement agencies, a fine of 5 to 10 thousand rubles, compulsory work for up to 60 hours, or arrest for up to ten days may be threatened.
In the event of unauthorized entry into an important state facility, an object of the Russian Armed Forces or the fuel and energy complex, a fine of 75 thousand to 200 thousand rubles, or compulsory work for up to 120 hours or arrest for up to 15 days will be threatened.
Earlier, the President of Russia signed laws on the creation of courts in the DPR, LPR, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions.
