On Friday, the prosecutor began the trial with his plea and the presentation of evidence.

The father confessed to the murder earlier this week and that changed the set-up on the first day of the trial. Tintin's mother was heard first and talked about how she experienced the custody dispute with her father.

"He is a person who is very self-absorbed and very easily offended. He takes no responsibility for anything he has done and he has always been a victim," she said in interrogation.

"The recognition"

The father confessed to the murder on Tuesday. During the trial, he was clear that he did not want to talk about any details from what happened in the apartment. In the courtroom, he says that the murder has not been planned for a long time.

"I plan my life down to the smallest detail, but not this," he says in the interrogation.

"The fact that he is no longer alive is linked to the need for him to be at peace.
