When police and firefighters arrived, they found a 30-year-old Vietnamese man who lived in a nearby apartment collapsed and was taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead about an hour later.

When the police questioned Thanh (24), who was living with him at the scene and was a self-proclaimed company employee of Vietnamese nationality, he said that he had stabbed Thanh (24) in the apartment with a kitchen knife that was in the room, so they suspected him of attempted murder.
