Bloomberg: Kyiv's European allies have lowered expectations from a possible counteroffensive by the Armed Forces of Ukraine

European countries also consider the advance of Ukrainian troops to a distance of about 30 km to be a "more realistic goal", and the article claims that this would create the conditions for a "deeper offensive" by the Ukrainian army in 2024.

Earlier, Russian Ambassador to the United States Anatoly Antonov said that the American media are increasingly talking about the impending counteroffensive of Ukraine, but "the Nazis will not succeed."

The Washington Post wrote that the counteroffensive of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, scheduled for spring, was postponed due to weather and lack of ammunition.

Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of Russia Dmitry Medvedev said that the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces is preparing its decisions in connection with the preparation of the Armed Forces of Ukraine for the offensive.
