The head of state said this during a meeting on economic issues.
"The situation remains difficult in the automotive industry and the timber processing complex, as well as in the production of chemical products and fertilizers," Putin said.
The President recalled that he held several specialized industry meetings, during which the participants "came to specific decisions that will help increase the load of enterprises, ensure the sale of their products."
Putin also asked the government to keep the situation under control.
The president also said that in Russia there is an increase in the volume of loading on the railway, and therefore there is reason to believe that economic activity in the country will continue to increase.
In addition, the Russian leader said that by the end of April, Russia's GDP will significantly increase in real terms.
