The parliamentarian noted that many summer residents like to devote time to their own "iron horses" on their plots.
"However, not everything is allowed even within the boundaries of its own site. For example, washing vehicles outside the places specially defined by the regulatory legal acts of the Moscow region is punishable by a fine of 3 to 5 thousand rubles for individuals. Summer cottages and garden plots, as well as common areas of the SNT are not included in the list of specially permitted places, so washing cars within the boundaries of the SNT is an offense, "chaplin said.
He added that it is impossible to equip a place for washing a car in summer cottages.
"Washing off road dirt and technical oils, the owner pollutes the soil not only of his own, but also of neighboring plots, in the country it is impossible to fulfill the requirements for equipping a place for washing a car: at least 50 meters from a residential building, a water filtration system," the RT interlocutor concluded.
Earlier, the newspaper "Izvestia" reported that for washing and repairing a car on the territory of the SNT faces a fine of up to 10 thousand rubles.
