The statement of the NRA appeared, among other things, in the Telegram channel associated with Roman Popkov, who, according to media reports, could recruit Daria Trepova, detained after the terrorist attack.

Members of the NRA claim to have carried out a terrorist attack against a group of patriotic activists and personally against Tatarsky. At the same time, they claim that they are allegedly not connected with foreign special services.

At the same time, as it became known to RT, the administrator of the channel in which the NRA statement appeared, presumably comes from the city of Shumsk, Ternopil region of Ukraine. According to RT, the name of the channel's administrator is Vladimir Livar, he is 39 years old.

Roman Popkov previously stated that he communicated with Trepova in social networks on the topic of journalism, but allegedly did not give her orders.

The terrorist attack occurred on April 2 in the cafe "Street Bar" on the University Embankment in the city center. As a result of the terrorist attack, Vladlen Tatarsky was killed. Another 42 people sought medical help.

On April 4, the Investigative Committee of Russia charged Daria Trepova with committing a terrorist attack. The court arrested her for two months.
