This was stated by the Deputy Chairman of the CEC of Russia Nikolai Bulaev, who is part of the commission's delegation at the elections. His statement was distributed by the press service of the Russian election commission.

According to him, at the polling stations that the members of the delegation managed to visit, they recorded the organized work of the commissions, a large number of observers. He also noted the ideal design of voting premises, the use of modern digital technologies and the absence of serious violations of the electoral process.

Bulaev also said that the CEC of Kazakhstan and lower commissions took the necessary measures to prepare and conduct elections in accordance with the requirements of the legislation.

Earlier, Deputy Chairman of the Kazakh CEC Konstantin Petrov said that the preliminary turnout in the elections of deputies of the Mazhilis (lower house of parliament) and maslikhats (local representative bodies) of Kazakhstan after the closure of all polling stations in the republic was 54.19%.
