The official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova noted acute phobias and memory lapses in the German Foreign Ministry against the backdrop of statements by German colleagues. Earlier, Deputy Representative of the German Cabinet of Ministers Christiane Hoffmann said that Germany doesn't consider the Russian elections to be legitimate and is not going to congratulate Putin on his victory.
